About Manuela
Manuela (she/they) brings 18 years of experience in consulting and project-coordination and 12 years in facilitation. Manuela works with individuals, groups and organisations through offering facilitation, trainings, retreats and conferences.
The projects and people Manuela supports take form as local communities, virtual networks, leadership teams and visionary individuals – in institutional, corporate as well as in community and grassroots structures.
They all have in common to strive to make difference, and are ready to start by putting community, purpose and healing into the center.
The main bodies of work Manuela is known for are Dragon Dreaming, Social Presencing Theater, Vision Rites, Generative Facilitation and Collaboration Incubators and Vision Work in Nature.
Depending on the scope, context and needs of our clients, Manuela operates in collaboration with partners from the Vanilla Way network.
